Creamed Honey Strawberry Crostini

INGREDIENTS:
Sourdough bread
Strawberries
Creamed Honey
Olive oil
Fresh mint
Brush olive oil on sliced sourdough bread and toast on both sides in a non stick pan until crisp.
Spread Northwood Creamed honey on toast and cover with sliced strawberries.
Garnish with fresh mint
