Start with locally raised pork chops preferably delivered vacuum sealed
Use a Sous Vide Precision Cooker and cook pork shops in a 140F degree bath for 45 minutes
Pat dry, sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper
Brush chops generously with Northwood Spicy Chai Honey
Heat non stick griddle or pan on medium with 1T high heat oil
Sear 2-3 minutes each side
Garnish with chopped chives and red pepper flakes
