Wildflower Honey Chicken

Local honey interpretation of sweet and sour chicken

INGREDIENTS:


  • 4 skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" cubes
  • 2T olive oil
  • 6T Spicy Chai Honey
  • 2T Miso Sauce
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1T chopped green onion


Heat non stick pan on medium heat until hot, add oil and saute chicken about 5 minutes until almost fully cooked.

Remove from pan and set aside.

Mix honey, miso sauce, garlic, and soy sauce and heat to a simmer.

Add back chicken to pan and cook 2-3 more minutes until done.

Serve over rice

Garnish with green onion
